If roses grow in heaven , lord , then pick a bunch for me. Place them in my nans arms and tell her they're from me. Tell her that I love and miss her , and when she turns to smile , place a kiss upon her cheek and hold her for a while. Love you Nanny Short xxx

When love grows, then do thine eyes see?
For the days, they come with expectations
But when I sleep, in dreams you do proceed
To light from darkness make, gives reflections
Then you are the spirit, the spirit that doth shine
How would thee, dear spirit, gracefully appear?
To wipe the deepest, deepest tears from mine
When to thine eyes only true love would bare
How would thou bless me with thine gentle arms?
By appearing in my dreams during night and day
When in the far, far land there will be no harm
Though some deepest dreams do wither away
All heaven and earth will sigh for thou art love
And the love given will come from above.

Its plain to see
She and grancha meant the world to me
Up in Heaven where they rest

==== Heaven’s Doorway ====

There’s a road that each of us travels,
often times with no chance of “goodbye,”
and those who are left sad and lonely,
grieve in silence and simply ask, “Why?”

But the question is one without answers,
and the comfort that others provide,
still can’t keep your poor heart from wishing,
that your loved one was there by your side.

Yet life has beginnings and endings,
and one day your heartache will cease,
though it seems that you’ll never stop hurting,
over time you will find inner peace.

You’ll be able to think of your loved one,
without wiping a tear from your eye,
and you’ll come to see death as a “doorway,”
and not a forever good-bye.

love u nan xx

I just wanted to write this somewhere, so here is where I've decided to put it.

I'd known you for as long as I could remember.

Since I was a little kid you bought me a box of chocolates at Christmas.

Now your no longer with us.

You're in a better place now, with your husband.

You served a good time here and you no longer have to be without him.

We'll miss you very much and R.I.P.
